I am not a primary care provider. You should continue seeing your current doctor for routine checkups, urgent concerns, and ongoing medical management. My role is to come alongside your primary provider, offering more time and focus to explore the root causes of your health concerns and create a personalized plan to support your wellness.
I can see anyone, but please keep in mind-you’ll need to keep your primary care provider and specialists for regular checkups and medical management. I can offer a variety of functional lab tests that dig deeper into your health concerns and create strategies to improve your health, which is intended to complement the care you already receive.
I do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide you with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement (not available for Medicare patients). Some of the lab companies we work with may bill your insurance directly, which can help reduce your out-of-pocket costs for testing.
I offer personalized one-on-one consultations to address your health concerns and support your path toward optimal wellness. In addition, our therapy room features Joovv red light therapy panels, a LifePro vibration plate, and Normatec compression boots. For more details, see the Therapy Services section under Services.
Initial Consult: $75
Second Visit: $250 which includes an in depth history and assessment as well as lab ordering and interpretation. If we only order blood tests, you can choose to have the lab run your insurance for that.
Follow up visits: $100
Therapy Room: $80/month for use of all therapy services up to 3 visits per week

We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be charged a cancellation fee to the card on file.
